To order online simply use our ssl secured shopping cart. Click on the
"Add To Cart" button next to each item you would like to purchase. After
you are finished shopping click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, fill out the
order form, submit the order, then you are finished! It’s a very simple
There will be no shipping charge on any order of $50.00 or more within the
lower 48 US states. This limited time offer applies only to standard UPS &
FedEx Ground shipping. Simply place your order and enjoy the free
shipping! For orders under $50.00 there will be a $7.95 shipping charge.
Shipping Time Frame/Carriers
All orders are shipped FedEx or UPS Ground. Please provide a physical ship
to address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Your order
may ship out of our warehouse or we may ship it directly from one of our
many suppliers or manufacturers. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days
and take approx. 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Certain Chelsea Clocks can
take 2 weeks to ship.
Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders with express shipping placed after 2:00pm EST will not ship until the next business day. You can place an order with express shipping on our website or you can call and place the order over the phone. If you would like

daytime phone number so we can quickly contact you. We will need to know
the item or items you want to order, zip code and the date you wish to
receive the shipment.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii will require an additional shipping
charge. We will notify you of this charge after your order is placed.
All items are 100% guaranteed. You must have prior authorization to return
any item. Any item received without prior authorization will be refused
and you will be liable for any and all shipping costs. Returned items must
be shipped in the original packaging. Please enclose your name, order
number & specify you would like a refund when shipping any item back to
us. Returns must be made within 30 days of the receiving or signed for
date. If you are returning an item because it was damaged in shipping we
will pay the shipping cost, send you a return label and either replace the
item or give you a full refund. Returned items must be packaged well. If
you are returning an item for any other reason than it being damaged in
shipping you must ship the item back to us and after we receive it we will
give you a refund minus the shipping cost. Shipping fees are
non-refundable for non-damaged items. Non-stocked items, special orders,
clearance items and personalized items are non-refundable.

There is no restocking fee on orders placed at our store except on large
volume orders over $1000.00 and/or over 50 pieces. On the large volume
orders of over $1000.00 and/or 50 pieces the restocking fee is 15%. This
fee covers the cost charged to us by the supplier/manufacturer each time
we have to send back non-defective items without replacement.
Refused and Unopened Shipments
If you refuse a shipment there is a $10.00 fee. This fee covers the
shipping and handling cost incurred by us in processing your order.
We do not ship internationally at this time. However, we support our US
Military & do our best to accomodate APO and FPO addresses.
If you would like for us to include a gift card please give us a call or
drop us an e-mail when you place your order. We will send one of our gift
cards for you upon receiving instructions from you on how you want the
card written. This service is free of charge. We will not be able to send
a gift card if your order is shipped directly from the
Brass Binnacle will keep all your information completely private and will not provide information to any third parties.
