Weathervanes are figures that turn freely on vertical rods and are designed to point into the wind. The wind always comes from the direction the weathervane points. Weathervanes have been used since the beginning of time to study the direction of the wind that often dictates our daily lives. All our weathervanes are sold complete with cast brass directional indicators, copper spacer balls and a steel mounting rod. The roof bracket is sold separately.
